Hello there,
We’re writing to let you know that we’re introducing a modest increase to the cost of license renewals from $99 to $120. The new price will come into effect the next time you renew your license, on or after 19 May 2023.
Why are we increasing prices?
We don’t take decisions like these lightly but, like everyone else, our running costs are increasing. Doing this helps us remain sustainable and deliver more new features and improvements. Even with these increases, you’ll find our pricing is still favorable compared to our competitors.
If you prefer not to use Sketch any longer (and we’d hate to say goodbye), you don’t need to cancel anything. You can simply let your license expire when the time comes to renew.
Get more Sketch with a subscription
We get it. You’re used to renewing licenses — but keep in mind that a Sketch license only gives you limited features. With a yearly subscription — at exactly the same price of $120 — you also gain real-time collaboration, annotations, developer handoff, and a shared Workspace that brings your people and documents together. We’re hugely grateful for your support and this community. We love seeing the work you create, and hearing your ideas for how we can improve Sketch — you can also share these on our new forum. We hope to see you there soon.
